Well the top two places are certain… [more] I know that may sound like tempting the gods to act but as a humble human, it appears to me that Paco Wirz (ITA1) is unbeatable now and what is more, no-one seems to be able to get on terms with Paul Leone (GBR 1111), 2nd overall and winner of one race today!
So let’s take a look further back in the pack. Dave Gilchrist (GBR519) sits smack in the middle of the overall standings… 12th position! BUT 2nd Veteran fighting his own private battle with Rod Davis (GBR 537), 1st ‘Vet’ and 5 points in front. A committed Raceboarder and windsurfer who is prepared to put something back into the sport by sitting on various committees over a number of years. He is a good example for everyone to follow. The sport needs more volunteers who are prepared to put the hours in not just on the water but also in the continuing effort to develop a sold structure…
