The 2025 Raceboard European Championships concluded on Lake Ķīšezers in Riga, Latvia (11–16 August), bringing together 41 competitors from across Europe and beyond. Over six days of racing, sailors completed 12 races, with conditions ranging from light breezes to stronger, more tactical winds, providing a true test of versatility.

In the men’s fleet, Maksymilian Wójcik (POL) delivered a dominant performance, winning nine of the twelve races and securing the European title. Patrik Pollák (SVK), one of the class’s most experienced sailors, claimed the silver medal with steady results throughout the week. Juozas Bernotas (LTU), a former Olympian, completed the podium in third.

Among the women, home favourite Ilona Grinberga (LAT) used her local knowledge and consistent sailing to secure the European crown. Lissa McMillan (AUS), competing as a guest sailor from Australia, finished second, while Anna Arosilta-Gurvits (FIN) rounded out the top three.

The event was hosted by Sailing Club 360, supported by the International Windsurfing Association, and highlighted the strong spirit and community of the Raceboard Class.
