Superstar Julien Quentel will be riding for Starboard on a new Phantom raceboard model that will be officially unveiled at the Raceboard Worlds to be held in Pattaya, Thailand – home to some of the World’s leading windsurfing companies.
10 of these brand new models will be available for charter and 5 Serenity boards will be on demo at the event site.
