The Notice of Race for the 2009 Raceboard and IMCO World Championships is now published.
The championships form part of the 72nd edition of Warnemuender Woche, a long established and prestigious multi class regatta. This is a great sailing location and the organisers, supported by the DWSV, are working full power to deliver a memorable event.[more]
The nearest international airports are Berlin and Hamburg, both approx 200 km from Warnemunde. All sailors coming by air can contact Murat Tuten for transportation and transfer assistance.
There is a wide range of accommodation available but early booking is recommended.
Vehicles and camper vans may park at the event site. Nearly 100 competitors, representing 11 countries, have already registered their interest to attend. The online entry forms are now posted, and competitors are invited to claim a 20 euro discount for registering by April 30th.
