Steinhuder Meer, Germany – The Raceboard Class, a premier windsurfing association, successfully concluded its Annual General Meeting (AGM) amidst the World Championships. The AGM provided an opportunity to express appreciation to the outgoing Executive Committee while introducing new members who will lead the future of the Raceboard Class.
The outgoing members of the Executive Committee; Paul Leone from the United Kingdom, Marc Cardon from France, and Levente Nagy-Pal from Hungary, received warm gratitude from the Raceboard community for their dedicated service and invaluable contributions to the sport. Their commitment and efforts have significantly contributed to the growth and development of Raceboard windsurfing worldwide.
Simultaneously, the AGM welcomed the new Executive Committee who take the responsibility of steering the Raceboard Class forward. The newly appointed Executive Committee includes Eric Belot from France, Curro Manchon from Spain, Patrik Pollak from Slovakia, Fred Becquart from France, Fernando Consorte from Argentina, Lars Deiterding from Germany, Marc Leutscher from Spain, Lissa McMillan from Australia, and Pedro Moura from Portugal.
One of the highlights of the AGM was the election of the new Chairman, Patrik Pollak, from Slovakia. With his extensive experience and deep understanding of the Raceboard community, Pollak is well-positioned to lead the Class and uphold its legacy. His election reflects the trust and confidence placed in his ability to guide the Raceboard Class towards new horizons.
