Another light wind day, and another 2 races completed.  The early signs were promising – sailors arriving at the race site in the morning were faced with a 9/10 knot breeze that looked to be increasing.[more]


However the wind decreased and the racing schedule was postponed.


Eventually the wind shifted, settled and the sailors were called to the starting area . . .


. . . After 6 race it is still anyone’s championship!  In pole position is Paul Leone (GBR 1111) and hot on his heels – Marco Andruccetti (ITA 129); Paco Wirz (ITA 1), last year’s champion, and Guiseppe Castelli (ITA 6) who have also won races.


Leading the veteran division – Dave Gilchrist (GBR 519) who had much improved results today.
